Find Your Tribe.

Becoming a single mom at the tender age of 24 didn’t leave me much time for social relationships for a large portion of my life. Most of my days consisted of working, parenting & scrambling for tiny pockets of exercise.

After years of living like my inner most introvert, I found that my heart & mind were craving deep connection. I wanted and needed to be surrounded by strong, beautiful & creatively inspiring women. I was seeking to find my tribe.

Finding your tribe is about creating a support system through community. Energetically, we gravitate towards those who reflect the kind of qualities we admire & hope to cultivate. The tribe that we create can provide us with support in moments of challenge and celebration in moments of success, and they can enable us to become the most expansive version of ourselves.

As I think of the incredible women within my circle, I see each woman as an individual facet of a prism that naturally amplifies whatever light shines through it. There is nothing more beautiful than a collective that reflects all the colors of the rainbow, each color telling a story of beauty in its own way.

To the friends, colleagues, coaches, cheerleaders & collaborators in my corner, thank you for fanning my flame & giving me endless inspiration & hope.
