The Awakening is a 4 day and 3 night escape to the mountains of West Virginia. This guided journey of self discovery takes place at Casa Om Potomac, a beautifully curated oasis nestled into the mountains alongside the mighty Potomac River. The retreat experience will include guided movement, meditation & creative practices designed to take you on a transformational journey of self discovery. Come join us!

Where: Casa Om Potomac is located in Martinsburg, VA
What: 4 days, 3 nights of guided movement & meditation workshops infused by yoga, breath work, sound healing, meditation, reiki & creative practices.

Room Types
Double Occupancy - $1100/person
This is a shared room option. The available bed types include King, Queen & Double beds and are available on a first come, first serve basis. You can share a room with someone you know or you can ask to be roomed with a retreat participant. Your room will include a private bathroom. Well furnished towels, linens & pillows are provided. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
Single Occupancy - $1250/person
This is an option if you would like a room all to yourself. Your private room will include a private bathroom. Bed types include King, Queen & Double beds and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Well furnished towels, linens & pillows are provided. Single occupancy rooms are limited to 3 participants and are available on a first come, first serve basis. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.
Casa Om is a beautifully designed and hand curated space. The space is open, airy and provides a sense of calm & peace. The furniture, decor & furnishings have been carefully hand selected. Meet Your Retreat Hosts
Shannon (she/her) is an alchemical energy worker who believes in the power of self transformation. She holds a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Kayla Nielsen and Luuma Yoga and has been a yoga practitioner since the tender age of 13. Shannon infuses her practice with hatha yoga, pranayama, and movements designed to reset your Luminous Energy Field and chakra energy system. Off of the mat, Shannon is the Head of Technology Product for a global non-profit and is also a professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Shannon leads with empathy & compassion. Melissa (she/her) works with all bodies and identities in the liminal spaces of Sex, Death, and Reiki. She is a certified and licensed Erotic Blueprint™ Coach, a Death Doula, and a Reiki Master in Usui Holy Fire III and Karuna® Reiki. She walks the path of reflection and discovery with her clients using somatic, experiential exercises and methods to surface suppressed desires. The goal is to name, seek, and realize a vibrant and delight-filled life grounded in deep inner-knowing, radical love, and compassion. Melissa lives on the Numu, Newe, and Washeshu's ancestral lands (a.k. Northern Nevada). Learn more about Melissa here.
