Our Lotus Society specializes in offering individual coaching and group consulting services rooted in the belief that knowledge is power. Founded by female entrepreneur Shannon Eastwood, OLS empowers individuals and teams to become the imperfectly perfect version of themselves.
With over 20 years of experience within the corporate business world, Shannon has worked with a broad range of Founders and Executives to define, design and build best in class products & services. She brings powerful insights, dynamic experiences & guided intuition into her work.
As an empathy driven innovator who specializes in Human Centered Design, Shannon’s 30 year experience as a Yogi has also shaped and formed her career through the knowledge she’s gained on & off of the mat. She brings this wisdom into all facets of life. Shannon recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Glow Yoga and the Yoga Alliance.
Shannon holds a Masters Degree in Product Innovation from the da Vinci Center at Virginia Commonwealth University alongside a Bachelor of Fine Arts where she minored in World Religions. Shannon holds certificates in Design Thinking & Diversity in the Hiring Process and is a certified Scrum Master. Shannon has studied in Romania, England & Italy and has been a life long world traveler. She believes in the power of knowledge share as activism.
As a student of life, Shannon is currently exploring cognitive studies, neuroscience, quantum physics & the theory of change.
